Welcome to the exclusive Chalet one, just a few steps away from the picturesque Schwarzsee and the renowned golf course. Spread over two floors are spacious bedrooms, some with private bathrooms. The centrepiece is the ground floor living area: a modern kitchen, fully equipped, and a large dining area with direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the evening by the fire pit. Book now and immerse yourself in a unique chalet experience!  
  
Situated in a quiet, idyllic residential area of Kitzbühel, this chalet offers a relaxed atmosphere. The Hahnenkamm and Fleckalmbahn gondola stations are easily accessible within 3.0 km, while the ski bus is just a few minutes' walk away. A paradise for ski fans! From the terrace with fireplace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding Kitzbühel Alps.  
  
In the off-season and in summer, Kitzbühel opens up numerous possibilities: Explore the mountains and alpine pastures on hikes or by mountain bike. On cool days you can relax in the covered swimming pool at the Aquarena, while on hot days you can refresh yourself at the Schwarzsee.  
  
You can reach the centre of Kitzbühel in just a few minutes, where grocery shops, farm shops, cafés, restaurants and luxury shops await you. Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of sophisticated Kitzbühel and enjoy your stay
