  • Enjoy this centrally located Kitty Hawk home, situated overlooking Seascape Golf course and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This Four bed, two bath home situated high on a hill has expansive views of the ocean and golf course, and is located close to all that Kitty Hawk has to offer. Numerous public beach accesses with parking are just minutes away. Great family vacation spot on a quiet street but close to everything.

    We live in the area - and are available if needed.

    Situated on a quiet street, perched high on the hilltop above Kitty Hawk and the Seascape golf course.

    To access the beach, it is best to drive your car to one of the numerous public beach accesses.

    Pets are allowed - two maximum - please let host know prior to booking. Pet fee of $195 (plus tax)

1st TIMERS in OBX & this home was perfect for us!!! Location was on point quick to beach, golf, stores, & everything else you may need. If you have teenage and/or adult children the bottom floor has beds, bath, living area, entrance/exit, & outdoor space which was perfect for us!!! Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

We stayed for one week with five adults. The house is nicely decorated, and the kitchen has everything you would need. Beautiful views from the deck and a very quiet neighborhood. The beach is close, but you need to drive because there is a very busy street you need to cross. Parking at the beach is easy and FREE! The beach is gorgeous and clean. Would visit again. The owner responds quickly to any issues.

We had 4 friends on this trip. We loved each having our own room for some space. The beach very close and easy to find parking. The host was very quick to respond with questions. We had a very pleasant stay.

Photos don’t do this home justice!

This lovely home features living areas and decks that are bigger and better than depicted in the photos. The lower deck offers shade in the morning and the upper deck was perfect for sunset/evening. Close proximity to major shopping yet situated in a well-established, quiet neighborhood perfect for strolling. The nearby beaches are low key and peaceful. Would absolutely book this home again.

A great vacation rental

Great for 3 couples plus kids. Perfect location for Kitty Hawk activities such as Hang gliding, Wright Bros museum., etc. Very close to the beach - not on the beach but very close. And a great view of a golf course and beyond that the ocean. The house is in very good condition and has just about every amenity. The only minor caveat is very few closet hanger - bring your own or buy some when there.

Family Vacation

Sea forever is a beautiful home and very spacious. We were five in total, and we were not on top of each other and had room to spread out. My boyfriend and I had the entire top floor to ourselves, apart for when we gathered to prepare meals and eat. The kitchen was stocked with essential items needed for our stay. The property is a few minutes from the beach and the hosts made every effort to inform guests on places to eat, how to get to the beach, and other helpful tips. We had small issues with finding the remotes for the TV’s and connecting to the internet, but all my emails were answered quickly. My call was even answered when we were locked out of the house due to operator error. The view from the balcony is amazing. I watched a sunrise while drinking my coffee. My only complaint is the upstairs shower. It’s nice to look at but not functional in my opinion. The shower had not been cleaned properly prior as hair was in the hair catcher/drain and had to be removed. I removed the hair thinking it would assist in the water draining faster from the shower floor, but it did not. I don’t like standing in sitting water, so I found myself on my tippy toes going back and forth from the front of the shower to the back. The shower has no door so, standing in the back of the shower presented a problem as well, allowing for water to get on the floor. We settled with wearing water shoes in the shower as not to stand in standing water.
