This private, four-bedroom home is a short driving distance from the Skyeship gondola and only three miles from Bear Mountain Lodge. Take a walk or snowshoe on the dead-end street and enjoy the view of the river. This location provides you and your beloved group with great skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, and golfing opportunities. New to the vacation home market, this home is newly constructed with all the modern furnishings needed for a breezy stay! Nestle in and relax in front of any of the four stone fireplaces. The spacious kitchen is the perfect entertainment space with a beautiful coffee bar. The open-concept living/dining area spills onto the wrap-around deck with an outside fireplace. The second level features three bedrooms and a second family/game room. The third level is a primary suite with a private bath and another stone fireplace. With two levels of bedrooms, a full bath on every level, and two family rooms, this home is great for two small families or multi-generations looking for plenty of room to spread out. Additionally, this retreat has a newly added washer/dryer for your laundry needs. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Perfect for our family of 4 summer time getaway. Short (minutes) drive to restaurants, hikes, Killington Mountain. We loved the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Vacasa was easily accessible and responsive via text. The house is close to a main road so there is some noise, but it didn’t bother us - the property is nicely tucked away and we use white noise for sleeping. The house was stocked with fun games for the kids, and the hot tub/fireplace/deck was were we spent most of our time. Would love to come back during ski season! ##### Molly M.
