Two minute walk to the beach. We chose this condo for the proximity to the beach and the overall amenities and it did not disappoint. The unit was very clean with plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer unit and A/C units. The unit had tons of beach chairs that you could use use as well as beach mats and towels. Do not buy anything until you see if someone else has left it - we had a snorkel set, blow dryer, beach toys and chairs, olive oil, and salt and pepper that we purchased unnecessarily. All staff security and maintenance was super friendly and the pools/hot tub was open until 10pm which was awesome. The pull out couch was not very comfy but that was to be expected and when we have a 16 yr old boy who is 250 lbs and stands 6’2” I guess. Beach access directly across the street with most everything we wanted was within walking distance. Overall excellent place to stay, we would definitely stay again! ##### Alicia S. The complex is not new but inside the apartment things were all in good conditions and fully functional. A bit of renovation on the balcony will go a long way, especially for the A/C units.
