Welcome to your perfect getaway in the mountains! This beautifully designed, brand-new 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom unit comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families and large groups. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin bunk beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and an in-unit elevator, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy their stay. Air conditioning is also available for a comfortable stay during the summer! As you enter the unit, you’ll find a mudroom that provides easy access from your private 2-car garage. This space is perfect for storing your gear and includes a door leading directly to your own private hot tub—ideal for relaxing under the stars after a day of skiing or hiking. The mudroom also features a wine fridge for your convenience, ensuring your favorite beverages are always within reach. On the first floor, you will also find one of the bedrooms featuring a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and outdoor access to easily access the hot tub directly from the room. Next to the queen bedroom is the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second floor includes three bedrooms. The first primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in steam shower, and gorgeous views. Down the hall is the additional primary bedroom, which features a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with a combination shower and tub, and balcony access. Neighboring this room is the guest bedroom, which features two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private balcony. The washer and dryer are both located in the second-floor hallway, making it easy to stay fresh during your vacation. Enjoy a cozy movie night in the media room, which includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space! Making your way up to the third floor, you will be greeted by an open-concept living area featuring a flat-screen TV, queen-size sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and mini bar with wine fridge. The house was very clean and neat on arrival. The decor and furniture are a very nice touch and give’s a high class feel to your stay. The elevator is a great addition in the home too, it allows easy access to each level. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. I had to contact the company late at night, due to my negligence, and they were very prompt and professional with responding. I’d definitely recommend a stay here while enjoying Keystone. Unfortunately it was not advertised correctly. When we arrived we came in to no hot water, no air conditioning (it was very warm) and parts for the dishwasher just left in it. When we called to get help they sent a tech which took most of our first day. We missed all our reservations waiting to get hot water so people could get ready for the day. We found the air conditioning was never installed and the hot water boiler was out and the dishwasher was never properly installed. When I asked them why this happened the guest services manager at Summit Property Management told me that in the rental agreement we sign not all systems have to work! He also told me that he wasn’t going to be able to offer us any concessions except what’s in the rental agreement which is a pittance compared to what we paid and lost. I refused to sign their document because it says you can’t leave a bad review. The bad review is worth much more so help protect others from this happening to them. This morning as we are leaving HVAC techs showed up to install the AC. All be darned! We also ran into the owner of the units next door and he said he would call the owner of the unit to let them know how the property management company was treating us. Beware and stay away of any properties managed by Summit Property Management. We were really mistreated and hope this never happens to anyone else.
