The listing is a bit deceiving and not accurate. We expected to be able to use the listed “office space with pull out couch” but that area now has a pool table. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Beds are very comfortable. Spacious kitchen is as pictured. They took out the office and added a pool table. We fit 10 around the dining room table. The back yard is under construction, but the patio area is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. The house appeared clean but areas around and under furniture were dirty and included belongings from previous visitors. The furniture was flimsy and broken in places, such as the living room couch and some bedroom furniture. The back yard is completely torn up and there was no 'safety fence' as advertised. The home is in a good location and clearly underwent a thoughtful renovation before being converted to a short-term rental. Most troubling, there were two foreclosure notices posted on the door on two separate days during our stay. When contacted, the manager/owner stated they were unaware of the problem and were sure it was a mistake.
