Rick was very prompt to reply to any communication or requests. Specifically, he went out of his way to find car seats, toys, a crib, and other age appropriate items for the two toddlers in our extended family group. He also checked in a few times during the week to make sure that we were comfortably settled in.The house is large, very clean, and the kitchen is stocked with every cooking and serving item you could possibly need for large groups. There is a generous supply of extra towels & linens available and a modern washer & dryer is on the main floor. Clear instructions regarding the use of any technology were provided; the theatre room was a big hit with our group.Our nine member family group ranged in age from 11/2 years to 80 years so I can enthusiastically recommend this property for a family group of varying ages to stay together to explore Kelowna and area. There’s sleeping space for everyone, lots of indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, and plenty of parking (up to four vehicles) on the property.
