Great for a staycation, or work-from-home alternative

  • Enjoy a cozy Kansas City getaway, perfect for a staycation or work-from-home alternative! Just 4 minutes from I-35 and I-435, this home offers easy access to top attractions. Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun are 6 minutes away, the Ford Plant in Claycomo is 7 minutes away, and the Power & Light District and Sprint Center are 16 minutes away. Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums are 17 minutes away, while Crown Center, LEGOLAND, and Science City are just 18 minutes away!

    I am available from 8am through around 9pm 7 days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

    You will have access to everything on your half of the town home. There is a shared stairwell to the basement with locks on the doors at the top and bottom of stairs. A set of keys are in House Rules binder. Please be sure to return the keys.

    Please note: This property is one half of a duplex and occupies the left side when facing the front of the home.
