Summary:  
A contemporary maisonette that boasts modern amenities, situated in a serene neighbourhood close to both the sea and city centre (1km).  
Conveniently located just 150m from a bakery, supermarket, traditional taverns, the open Railway museum park, and the municipal swimming pool. The bus stop is also nearby, providing easy access to explore all the neighbourhoods of the city.  
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, & free parking are available, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and stress-free.  
  
The Space:  
Experience a luxurious stay in a stylishly decorated and fully equipped maisonette located in close proximity to the city center. This lovely maisonette is the perfect place to spend your holidays all year round, and can accommodate up to 5 guests.  
  
The ground floor boasts a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep an additional guest, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area.  
  
The first floor is accessible via an internal staircase and features a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king size bed. A playpen is also available upon request to ensure a comfortable stay for our youngest guests.  
  
Relax in the tranquil courtyard of the maisonette and enjoy the peacefulness of the surrounding area.  
  
Our guests can enjoy the convenience of air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and free public parking during their stay.

Guests will have full and excslusive access in all the areas of the house.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Experience peaceful and cozy holiday moments in the heart of the city with our charming house located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is next to a large park with an award-winning open-air railway museum, just 1km from the city center and the long sandy beach.  
  
In the neighbourhood, you can find a supermarket, cafés, taverns, and shops selling traditional local products. Explore the city's large cycle path and rent a bicycle to enjoy walks by the beach or in the city centre. Visit the historic centre (1.3 km) with its picturesque streets, museums, and the Venetian Castle (1.8 km), where you can enjoy traditional taverns. Kalamata has numerous large beaches (sandy and pine trees) that will satisfy even the most demanding visitor.  
  
Take short daily trips to the charming seaside villages of Mani, Kardamili (34 km), Stoupa (41 km), Agios Nikolaos (44 km), Aghios Dimitrios (50 km), and Trachila (51 km) with their homonymous beaches, as well as the famous nearby beaches of Delphinia (34 km), Fonea (39 km), Kalogria (40 km), and Pantazi (46 km).  
  
Discover the area's rich history by visiting the archaeological area of Ancient Thourias (15 km), Ancient Messene (29 km), and the beautiful Venetian castles of Koroni (58 km), Methoni (62 km), and Pylos (52 km) with their beautiful beaches, Navarino Bay (59 km), and Gold sandy beach (61 km). Marvel at the Pollimnion waterfalls (39 km) and the palaces of Nestor (59 km), and explore the waterfalls of Gialova with the famous beach of Voidokilia (59 km).  
  
Take exciting daily trips to the unique castle-city of Mystras (59 km), the famous caves of Diros (89 km), the Temple of Epicurean Apollon (87 km), Ancient Olympia (115 km), and the Ancient Theater of Epidavros (166 km).

Near the house there is a bus station who can travel you in the town.

The distance from the airport is 10 km (approximately a 10-minute drive)   
Parking around the house is free.

Amazing starting point to explore the nearby area. The property is under 10 min walk to the oceanfront with plenty of restaurants, and beach clubs. Also 15 min walk to the main town square!

Durch die sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation war die kurzfristige Buchung einen Tag vorher kein Problem. Zentrale Lage, schöne FeWo und saubere Zimmer runden das Gesamtbild ab.
