TIB217 2\* 2-room, 4-bedroom apartment located 100 m from the shopping mall and 50 m from a ski slope. Exceptional view and access to the ski slope 50 m away.  
WINTER : Sheets and towels included for rentals of 5 days or more. SUMMER : Optional. Departure cleaning to be done by you or extra charge. NO SMOKING, NO PETS  
It comprises a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a living room with 2 single beds (1 sofa bed BZ 140cm), an open-plan kitchen and dining area, separate toilet and bathroom.  
7 m2 balcony overlooking the north-facing slopes. Entrance with 2 bunk beds (for children only, not suitable for adults).  
  
Just 1h30 from the Côte d'Azur and Nice international airport, ISOLA \[hidden\] m \[hidden\] is a winter sports resort in the heart of the Mercantour National Park, offering summer and winter alike the splendor and authenticity of the Southern Alps, with its sunshine and gentle way of life.  
It's in this exceptional setting that the agency team puts its knowledge and expertise of the local real estate market and resort life at your disposal all year round.
