We are located in one of the most central points of Isla Muejres, we are in front of PLAYA CENTRO which is one of the best beaches in the country, it has BLUE FLAG which is one of the highest quality distinctions in beaches, we are two blocks away of Playa Norte that is in 9th place in the Ranking of beaches worldwide. We are also just 4 blocks from the Isla Mujeres Ultra Mar dock and two streets from Av Hidalgo which is the main street not traveled by vehicles where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, jewelry stores and everything a bit, from the balcony of your room you can see the sunsets without leaving the room.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Jose was a great host, he and Claudia met me upon my late arrival. We had issues with our fridge and he responded promptly to get it fixed. Stayed 33 nights. Perfect location. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice place to stay in the middle of town right across the street from Appliance Central the main beach Jose was really good to host. The only drawback was the maid service or the housekeeper. Claudia needs to step up her game a little bit but other than that, it’s a good place to stay

Not what I was hopping for

Check in: I didn’t receive an email prior to my arrival so I needed to contact the host. He gave a description of the building and how to get there from a boat. It’s likely he was thinking I was arriving via the ferry, but I was already on the island and had said so in my communication with him. It was several exchanges before I was able to gather enough information to tell a taxi driver. Check in:The host let me leave my luggage in the room while it was being cleaned and moved me to a different room with a better view. I sat and cooled off for a bit while the person cleaned the room. She was very nice and friendly. I saw her clean the place. I was surprised to find that my feet were covered in dirt from walking around the room barefoot. It was furnished nicely enough; a table with chairs, a couch and chair, and 2 beds. There were books on the shelves and it had a cozy feel to it. However the kitchen had no pots or pans.It had been listed as being fully equipped. It was not. It was hot and midday, so I rested before going out. There were 4 pillows on the bed in pillow shams. When I took the shams off there were no pillow cases on the actual pillows. I used my beach wrap to cover the pillows and laid down for a rest. I knew that I smelled something strange but couldn’t place it as I rested and woke up with a headache. It was natural gas. I booked a new place and alerted the host. He said it wasn’t a leak. Location: it’s across the street from a beach - nice but loud.

Amazing!

This is the perfect place to stay. It’s literally 100 feet off a white sandy beach, next to a bunch of restaurants and beach bars, and two short blocks from the main party street. The walk from the ferry was 5 easy minutes. The room had a Mexican vibe and the patio was spacious for several chairs. Claudia (site manager) was always available. 100% recommend this place, but if your looking for a resort feel, look somewhere else. If you’re looking to have a relaxing good time in an authentic place and save a little money, this is the place.

Nice little room

We stayed here for 5 nights during and after new year. The property is nicely located across the street from a beautiful beach. The property very dated but clean. It has two double beds a table with 4 chairs and a small kitchen. The kitchen has a small propane burner stove with the propane bottle in the room. The water pressure in the shower and room is very low but this is a problem island wide. We were without hot water for a day but the owner quickly fixed the problem. The owner is very responsive to our messages and friendly and easy to deal with. It’s on a very busy street but the noise was not a problem with the door shut. The air conditioner works great. It is very close to many restaurants and stores.

Great location bed hard roof leak

I got there 3 hours after checkin the it rained so hard roof leaked between beds and I slipped. I didn't stay second night I stayed with friends I was visiting. and they were in the unit working on TV and painting stairs ( no rail so got orange paint on my hand).

Perfect getaway on/from the island.

The building was kept up, the room humongous and clean and well appointed, the location was amazing being smack dab in the middle of everything. Ironically, it was very private and quiet being 3 floors up from the street yet actually on the street. It was like 50 steps to the most beautiful beaches in the world which was great for swimming, people watching, and watching the sunset. I will definitely be back to this room. They've got my forever vote.

Great location

Great experience, communication with Jose was seamless and he was very attentive. Claudia checked on us every couple of days and brought us water, towels, etc. The location is why you rent this place! It is not quiet at all or fancy but it is quaint and close to all the great beaches, downtown and supermarkets

There was no bottle water as described there was a huge jug we couldn’t lift, and it was filthy, the tv was only in Spanish and all the stairs were a nite mare. We were across the beach was good there was heavy traffic on the street there is ashower curtain therefore water was all over the floor I wouldn’t stay there again

Perfect spot

This place is right near all the shops, resteraunts and steps away from the most beautiful beaches. Host was easy to reach and responded quickly, everyone was super sweet, including Claudia, the person who does the cleaning. Suggestions: More drinking water, more towels, wash cloths and toilet paper. Also, just a little book or something telling folks the best places to go for tours, golf cart rentals, dinner, etc. Otherwise it was pretty perfect.

Cozy

My small family of three loved this place. The location was fantastic close to everything steps from beautiful beach. The unit is clean and quaint which we were looking for. Had everything we wanted small cooking area we used for breakfast and morning coffee. The unit was clean and cozy feeling., We will definitely stay again! The host was very nice and accommodating to any questions and Claudia the caretaker very wonderful person always asking daily if we needed anything.
