Then right around the corner youre smack-dab is in the middle of downtown. I found the guest binder very helpful for sourcing some good food and local attractions. The house is older and has a few quirks, like some light switches don’t work and some things need updating (range hood, spa tub & shower head), but the owners have done an amazing job making it a comfortable and enjoyable home to be in. There are plenty of lamps, the bed was so comfortable and the private porch off the master bedroom was superb (like being in the park!). Please note that it’s a “climb” to get into the house and NOT handicap accessible. A steep walking incline with luggage is a workout and it can be slippery when wet. There’s parking for only 1 vehicle. Despite all these, we would definitely stay again). ##### Johanna B. Even though it’s close and convenient to town, the location up on the mountain makes it peaceful. The bed in the bedroom is comfy, the bathroom is unique & beautiful, and the kitchen is well-equipped (you might even find a mug for your fave NFL team!). The outdoor seating area is covered, and the trees were filled with birds. Bonus? The basement area is so fun to explore! Everything was clean and we were in close proximity to the Historic Downtown District of Hot Springs. The King Size bed was very comfortable and clean. It’s located on beautiful wooded land within a neighborhood. We even saw a deer in the yard one evening.
