As you enter this lovely villa, the spacious dining room table is on the left. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen with Corian counters has a breakfast bar that seats four. To the right of the foyer is the secondary suite with a private bathroom furnished with Queen and Twin beds. Just past the kitchen on the right you enter the primary suite furnished with a King size Bed, access to the balcony along with a private bath with a tub and a separate shower. The open floor plan leads to the living room. It is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating for the family to watch movies on the large flat screen TV. The exterior door leads to the spacious balcony. This is a great spot for the perfect family vacation. Situated across the street from Coligny Plaza's many restaurants and shops. Our home is one block to North Forest Beach. As you walk down the beach path you will see the outdoor beachside pool that is available for use by our guests. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Coligny Beach, the plaza, shops, and restaurants, which made it so easy to get around without always needing the car.The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.We also enjoyed the pool area, which was never too crowded and a nice option when we didn’t feel like heading to the beach. There were beach chairs at the condo but we ended up renting chairs and umbrellas from the company right on the beach for the week.
