We planned a trip for astronomy photography under dark and clear skies. This site does did not disappoint. The view was essentially clear to the horizon, with no artificial lighting as far as you could see. The Milky Way was visible to the horizon. We were able to collect some very good data. The house was very clean, and remarkably well equipped. Everything we needed was available. Everything in the house worked as it should. There was only two of us, but the site seems great for a group reunion. Comfortable beds, lots of yard space for a picnic. Views were great. Mule deer came into the fields every night, and pheasant were right in the property. The Owner/Host was excellent. Very responsive for questions (although we did not need to ask many because the property is well set up). We had a great stay, and the host and host were top notch. ##### Vincent G. View of flat topped Buttes is amazing! Very quiet with no other residences in sight.
