Relax in a quiet neighborhood where a roomy open-floor-plan space that includes well-equipped kitchen, dining and living-room and more await you. Self-check-in and keyless entry. Pet Friendly, dog only - $200 per stay, small dog, 30lb weight limit. Here’s what to expect: Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Sleeps: 4 - Maximum overnight guests: 4\. Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. \-Although this home is considered "Pet Friendly" you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $200 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the $200 pet fee, along with any applicable VRBO charges incurred after the initial reservation. Guest Access: You will have private access to the entire home with your own front door security code. Garage is locked and for owners use only and will not be assessable to guest. All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on day of arrival. Keys will be given the day of check-in. Parking: 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. Boat and trailer parking. It was very clean and had everything we needed, even things we hadn't thought about needing. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. The property manager was very responsive and kind. We stayed for 3 nights over the New Year holiday not only to get away for a few days, but for the purpose of planning out the year for our small business. It was a nice quiet location and suited our needs very well. No view of the gulf, but that wasn't why we were there anyway, so not an issue at all. That being said, it is very close to the water.
