This is not a book ahead hotel, find somewhere nicer for $50 more. There was food in the sink drain, floors did not look vacuumed, mild staining on the linens, not responsive to text messages (even though it states to reach out via that number for needs/questions), food on the floor behind the beds. They really need a deep clean of the place. Parking is pretty scarce but you won’t have to do much if any driving for shops, food, exploring gatlinburg. They do have an overflow parking lot if needed. This sounds like a terrible review but for the location right on the strip & price I paid, I’m not entirely fuming.
