L'appartamento è collocato all'interno di un palazzo storico, infatti il locale stesso risale al 1300, come si denota dalle decorazioni presenti sul soffitto. The apartment is located inside a historic building, in fact the flat itself dates back to the 1300s, as can be seen from the decorations on the ceiling. Located on the first floor without a lift, located inside a corridor also owned to ensure maximum privacy and hospitality. In the street of the apartment there are shops for the purchase of food and basic necessities, but also bars, trattorias, a left-luggage office for any eventuality and a laundromat exactly 3 minutes away. The competitive position allows you to easily get around the center by walking, without having to resort to the use of vehicles or public transport. The location is central to major tourist sites, close to amazing food, gelatto and drinks, not to mention about 5-10min from SMN train station. The host is exceptionally nice and meets you at the apartment. The space itself is spacious and clean with a street that is great enough for some good rest after a long day. I can truly say the only complaint was the water pressure but that was to be expected in a building that is historic from the 1300s. I can't recommend this flat highly enough. If you have mobility or balance issues, consider staying elsewhere, as getting up and down the rickety spiral staircase to the bed area can be difficult or even dangerous, especially at night in the dark when you have to go to the bathroom urgently.The “double” bed is essentially just two twins shoved together, with a gap between them. We found long dark human hairs on the extra comforter. Watch carefully around the bedframe, it sticks out and I banged my leg hard on the frame and got a large goose-egg on my shin.If you need to send a message to the owner, be prepared for a delayed response, as it may take until the next day. No ability to control the heat in the room, and lots of noise from the street and apartments above or next door. Positives: They had a decently stocked kitchen with dishes, a fridge and microwave. Great location, definitely spacious enough for both of us, and quite clean as well.
