L'appartamento è collocato all'interno di un palazzo storico, infatti il locale stesso risale al 1300, come si denota dalle decorazioni presenti sul soffitto. Oltre alla camera da letto ed al salotto, sono presenti un bagno, previsto di ogni confort, ed una cucina attrezzata nel caso si volesse cucinare in casa. Posto al primo piano senza ascensore, situato dentro un corridoio anch'esso di proprietà per garantire massima privacy ed accoglienza. Nella via dell'appartamento si trovano negozi per acquisto di genere alimentare e beni di prima necessità, ma anche bar, trattorie, un deposito bagagli per qualsiasi evenienza ed a 3 minuti esatti una lavanderia a gettoni. The apartment is located inside a historic building, in fact the flat itself dates back to the 1300s, as can be seen from the decorations on the ceiling. Located on the first floor without a lift, located inside a corridor also owned to ensure maximum privacy and hospitality. In the street of the apartment there are shops for the purchase of food and basic necessities, but also bars, trattorias, a left-luggage office for any eventuality and a laundromat exactly 3 minutes away. The competitive position allows you to easily get around the center by walking, without having to resort to the use of vehicles or public transport. La démarche à suivre pour y rentrer était très sommaire et le parking très cher et en ztl (zone touriste limité donc amende).Enfin rentrés dans le logement, effectivement propre, mais porte de douche cassée, comme celle du frigo, et attention à l'escalier, j'ai glissé en descendant.L'emplacement en centre-ville est top. Proche de la gare est pratique mais très bruyant.Nous avons donc décidé de quitter les lieux le mercredi au lieu du vendredi. Nous n'en avons même pas informé notre hôte vu la communication inexistante et voyez il est 21h et depuis 10h ce matin (heure où nous devions partir) toujours pas de nouvelles !Les italiens sont au top mais pas tousMadame nous ne sommes vraiment pas compliqués mais comprenez notre déception. ##### Sébastien G. Séjour de 3 nuits en mai 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### celia d. 19 avr. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Excelente ubicación Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, al lado de la estación de tren y muy cerca del centro.El apartamento estaba limpio.Eche de menos alguna cosa,como dejar por lo menos dos rollos de papel higiénico porque solo había uno, y no había ningún trapo para limpiarse las manos o secar los cubiertos.Por lo demás todo bien. ##### celia d. Unit is located just minutes from train station and within walking distance of all tourist destinations in Florence. It is quite noisy till early hours of am, but earplugs help with this. Beds are up on a loft with steep steps, so this may presesent a problem for some. Communication on how to access unit was good, as mutiple doors need opened to access unit. This made us feel safer. A very good value for all things considered.
