Ryan is a wonderful host. The house had absolutely everything we could have needed. The views are stunning, the location is lovely, and the top deck is amazing! The elevator is a great plus for loading in and out or for older people who may not handle stairs well. On separate mornings, we saw dolphin pods and a Right Whale with her calf. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation house! ##### Angela V. The unique rooftop was a fun place to hangout and relax in the sun. The host Ryan was super friendly and responsive to our questions. The house was clean and well equipped and was able to accommodate our visits with our family that live in the area. Excellent view, nice area. Lovely fenced in area and plenty of room inside to spread out. The beds slept like a million bucks! Very clean and bright- as if we were the first to stay there. We will be back! It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The views from the front yard and third floor deck were amazing. The close proximity to the heart of town made it a quick and easy walk to restaurants and shops. This was our first trip to Flagler Beach and it did not disappoint! ##### Darrin H.
