We had no power the first night, expedia refused to refund me. The hotel said they would give me a complimentary stay but never did.

My family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights but the whole time we were here, all we did as ask for the maintenance to fix our clogged toilet. We booked this hotel because of the proximity to the mall. It was a 10-minute drive. It was supposed to be a quick getaway of our family from all the stresses of life but turned to be a not very good mini vacation. The room we were given is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable even the sofa bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was just alright but missing a few basic things which was okay. If there's anything we need, we just call the front desk and they are very prompt to our request. My biggest incovenience in this whole trip is the clogged toilet in our room which they can't seem to fix. It started the first night we were there and it just went on until our check out date. We even tried using very little toilet paper to avoid our toilet clogging again but it happens every 3-4 use. It was so incovenient having to call maintenance to fix it. Reception said they cannot move us to another room as they are fully booked, but even to their sister hotels, they cannot move us. We are IHG members so I was truly disappointed with this experience. I wont book another IHG hotel anymore because of this experience. I cannot recommend this hotel to my friends and family either unfortunately.

We stayed three nights, the house keeping services were very bad, despite we had requested multiple times no one showed up and the carpet was dirty, there were bed bugs in bed. We don’t recommend this place for anyone.

I appreciate a familiar place to stay when a long way from home. The Staybridge is quiet, which allows for rest or the solitude needed to complete work. Staff are friendly and encouraging after a long day's drive. The breakfasts are delicious.
