All in all, I would recommend this hotel for budget travelers looking for a downtown location. The neighbourhood is walkable and convenient, albeit slightly grungy at times. The hotel itself is clearly old. Most surfaces are showing some wear and tear and the building itself is old-fashioned. My "view" was of the parking structure (haha). However, it was extremely clean and well cared for and the staff were professional and courteous. The room was of a good size and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet. It isn't luxurious, true, but it is well suited to its purpose. For the price, it is excellent value and I would stay there again.

The room offered descent value. Chosen for location convenience which did not disappoint. Room was clean, due to age, the air conditioner was noisy so we just turned on while we were out, light in bathroom flickers upon turning switch on. Beds are comfortable but pretty high for my 94 year old Mom to climb onto. Bathroom area very clean. Coffee pot only generates 1 cup and pretty much a waste of time. Parking was convenient and appreciated.

Extremely outdated and actually kinda gross. Not a bottle of water to be found in one of the overpriced vending machines. Told the guy up front twice who continued to ignore the note. Bring slippers!

It was probably one of my worst experience in a hotel. The staff did not understand how to do their job properly, and one of the staff members resulted in using inappropriate language which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Stayed for the night of May 19, 2023. Check in was fast without any hassle, agent was friendly. Room was good size with all basic amenities. Not sure why a couple was assigned room with two beds but we didn’t complain. Room was clean, however two issues which cost them one star. First lighting in bathroom and sink area not sufficient especially for ladies makeup. 2nd problem was not having any charging port available bedsides. Guests must charge devices to other side of the room where small dining table is located. This was great inconvenience to us. Parking was $10 per night which was not bad for downtown area. No microwave in the room but provided one promptly when requested. Didn’t try any other facility due to short stay. It’s good value for the money we spent. Breakfast not included or available in room rate. They have Cora Restaurant attached to the hotel where guest can go if they wish to. Recommended

The room was too cold even with the highest settings. No water bottles in the room. Had to use water from tye washroom to drink. The staff was okay. Security was great. Convenient location in the downtown.
