We did not realize that it was part of a close community with houses very close together or that one had to pay to go on the beach etc. But we did go down one day to the public beach but the steps were pretty eroded and one needs to be very careful. Christine and Ash are wonderful hosts. Their home is lovely and very accommodating. From beautiful decor, fresh flowers and mint, to scenic bay views on the front patio and rear deck! Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. Plus, one of the twins was missing the top mini mattress. The view is mostly of the neighborhood street, nearby homes and their roofs and a small section of the Bay from the back deck and down the street view from the front deck. Nice deck furniture.
