"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff here was so friendly and seemed to really want to be there. Walking down the pathways throughout the day, everyone says hello and good morning. There were many different food options, some better than others, but overall was good. We upgraded to the Preferred Club, which I don't really think was worth it. If we return, we would probably not do again. "

"We stayed at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton from July 27th to August 1st, and it was truly an amazing experience!
The resort was super clean, the food was delicious (especially the Indian and Asian restaurants), and the natural views and beach were breathtaking. The kids had a blast with the water park, pools, and play areas everywhere — perfect for families!
Drinks were always available, and the entertainment every night was so fun.
The staff were kind, helpful, and made us feel at home.
Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and fun family vacation! 🌴💦🍹"
