« Property is listed as a resort. It's not. They are rundown apartments renting as short term rentals. The apartment I was assigned badly needed up dating.. The place was stuck in the 1970s. All the furniture was old and looks like 'side walk"'trash from the 70s. The stove was the old coiled electric stove. The space wasn't designed properly. The small kitchen was located where the bathroom should have been and the bathroom was located where the kitchen should have been. Water settles on the...

« I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good. »

« Although the hotel is older their are things in need of improvement advertising of a pool without one,no hotwater, ants,no night stand to place or plug in cellphone bad internet.No complementary coffee or breakfast as advertised ,poor lighting, some staff friendly some not so.and I have visited Jamaica many times and places over 45 years. Even the poor must be honest and advertise as so. »

« Cet hôtel se trouve sur la grande route, à côté de l’aéroport, ce qui est pratique. Toutefois, il est loin des plages, des restos et aller se balader n’est pas vraiment une option. La chambre était propre mais certaines choses manquantes ou carrément brisées. La porte n’est pas étanche et donne sur un long balcon comme un Motel. Le service est bon. La nourriture bien mais pas de variété. De Style buffet. »

« I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property. »

« I checked in and there were dirty dishes in the kitchen sink, flies all over. The worker in their street clothes. No towels in the room. No toiletries at all. »

« The property’s was not what was listed, very dirty and the location is not safe. 2 there is bedbug and mosquitoes.the bathroom sinks very bad order. The Camilo is after money.please i advise any guests to go to safe locations and this rotten place.the owner will you and still robed you at the same time.musical are so loud you can’t sleep. »

« The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left. »

« Amazing! I booked this hotel last minute due to other complications and it was amazing! The staff was very accommodating! The rooms are spacious and clean. The ocean view from the top floor is breathtaking! I will be back! »

« The property was still under construction with renovation going on, construction worker at site, outside of property was hazardous, Property is deserted, the bedroom looks same as pictures however the atmosphere was very cold, there was no other guest on the property. »
