"From the time we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming, several made a point of introducing themselves. Breakfast until 10 am was included in the room. There was a great ocean view from the restaurant, where it was possible to eat inside or outside. The infinity pool was in front of the restaurant. Valet parking was included in the room cost and was a requirement. They were always very fast in bringing the car around. Our major downside was when our camera was left in the restaurant...

"We had an amazing time at the Riu. The food, drinks, all the staff (especially Sola who was so sweet and made the best coffees) and most importantly the beach were phenomenal!!! It was great to be able to use the facilities next door too. We can’t wait to visit this beautiful island again!!!!"

"The room was spacious, very nice, and clean. The staff were great, friendly. The Bars were nice. I loved the pools but the water was too hot for the summer time.
This is a very nice hotel if you are looking for quiet place. They hardly put music, only by one of the pools and for a few hours. And if you are looking for Spanish music, this is not the place for you. I was very disappointed with the music."
"Great food, hospitality and crowd. Rooms are a little outdated . Didn’t pay a hold deposit for hotel. Lots of activity to do on property. Vacation wear shopping, pharmacy, clinic, basic mani pedi, spa, volleyball tennis, chest and more games, casino, clubbing, concert hall, wedding dress etc shopping. I know of 4 different restaurants 5 bars. They can help with taxi, delivery and excursions. I had a butler too, so great! Wait time to check in was 2 hours after 3 pm. The place is packed. I know of 2 huge pools, one with all the kids stuff attached. Staff is great as well. Gym & Parking available."
