Staff were friendly but not exceedingly helpful. Someone could have taken 2 minutes to show us to our room. Instead we struggled to find the place in the rain. Also, when we entered the room we noticed a message that they would fumigate room next day and we climbed to have that done. The property should do that when place is vacant. Does not make for a great impression when one first arrives. The room is designed nicely but a little tired and needs to become modernized. I had assumed that the gym would be included but not so. One has to pay extra for that. Lastly… room cleaning seems very erratic. We ran out of towels and had to ask for cleaning. Would not rate this anywhere near a 9 but more like a 6.5.

We had an oceanview room. Property was clean and breakfast was good. The one down fall is they rent chairs to people on cruises and beach is overcrowded and not relaxing. They reserve the front row for guests but not always inforced. Also everything shuts down at 8pm nothing to do at night
