Our romantic country house is located on the edge of the village of Trincheri (see Google map below) on an olive terrace of 900 sqm. This offers many possibilities - also enough parking space, a rarity for Ligurian villages. In the natural garden with the olive and fruit trees you will find plenty of places to relax and enjoy - this is also excellently the barbecue area with the large rustic table under the mulberry tree. Newly designed iron windows, doors and staircases combine harmoniously with the traditional ambience. All living rooms are in the 1\. Floor. From the lime loggia (winter garden, roof terrace) or the Oliva roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea (as the crow flies 6 km). The region is great for nature lovers! OLIVA - DETAILS: Year of construction: approx. 1870, total renovation in 2013, renovation and new roof terrace in 2008. Romantic and cozy apartment in the olive grove with separate entrance on the outskirts. The 'Appartamento' has emerged from several small rooms of a simple old country house. The improved lighting conditions emphasize the charm of this house, to live all around in the countryside. In the entrance area, this is underlined by the small covered seating area under the cherry tree. The roof terrace (12 sqm) offers a magnificent view of the Maritime Alps and the sea and is in the warm season a second living room. It can be reached directly from the living room via the filigree spiral staircase. Von der Ruhe, der Lage mitten im Olivenhain und insbesondere von der Dachterrasse, von der man einen phantastischen Ausblick über das ganze Gebiet bis hin zum Meer hatte. Einfach ein Traum. Die Ferienwohnung war geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, uns hat es an nix gefehlt. Die FeWo war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. An den kühlen Abenden konnten wir den Kaminofen mit vorhandenem Olivenholz anfeuern. Besonders schön war es, dass wir die beiden netten Vermieter Maria und Matthias kennenlernen durften, die uns bei vielen Fragen weiterhalfen. Jul 31, 2010 #### Ferienhausperle zwischen Meer und Seealpen Wir sind nach einem viel zu kurzen 7-Tages-Aufenthalt erholt und begeistert aus der kleinen zu einem Ferienparadies umgebauten Ölmühle zurückgekehrt. Das Casa Oliva ist ein perfektes Domizil für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Der Ort Trincheri ist eigentlich eine Ansammlung von ca. 10 Häusern zwischen Meer und Seealpen, in 20 Minuten ist man am Meer, in 10 auf herrlichen Bergwanderwegen. + sehr stilsicher und gemütlich eingerichtet + Ausstattung auf nahezu unheimliche Weise perfekt und lückenlos (z. B. Mückenabwehr, Moskitonetz, 3 Kaffeekocher, Zitronenpresse, Salatschleuder, Milchschäumer, Käsereibe....) +++ Die Dachterrasse ist einfach ein Traum! Man vergisst die Zeit und kommt nur mit Mühe runter, um sich die tolle Gegend anzuschauen. + In der Gegend ist es nachts angenehm kühl, die Wohnung ist innerhalb 5 Minuten mit Durchzug auf Schlaftemperatur runtergekühlt. + schöner Garten +++ wahnsinnig nette Vermieter, die eine Mappe hinterlassen haben mit mehr Infomaterial über touristische Ziele in der Gegend als man in drei Wochen besuchen könnte (Karten, Flyer, Restauranttipps...) + nette italienische Nachbarn - das Landleben ist zwar bar jeder störenden Verkehrsgeräusche, aber Hundegebell und Hahnenkikeriki hat uns die ersten Nächte beschäftigt, später haben wir uns gewöhnt. - die Abgeschiedenheit auf engen Bergserpentinen macht die Anfahrt für Fahranfänger und SUVs durchaus zu einer Herausforderung. Es herrscht aber fast kein Gegenverkehr, vor engen Kurven hupt man einfach. - Mücken und Olivenstechfliegen können einem in den Abend- und Nachtstunden ganz schön zusetzen. Unbedingt Moskitonetz und Stecker (vor Ort) benutzen. Aug 6, 2009 #### Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor Wir erlebten eine sehr angenehme Woche in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartement im Hinterland der ligurischen Küste. Wir mussten uns richtig aufraffen diesen idyllischen Platz auch mal zu verlassen, aber auch das hat sich gelohnt: Wanderungen, Besichtigungen und Schwimmen, allerdings zu dieser Jahreszeit nur abends, denn die freien Strände waren dünn gesät und dementsprechend voll. Die Tempreaturen im Haus waren trotz Hochsommers nachts angenehm, die Dachterrasse einfach toll. Allerdings empfiehlt sich für die Dunkelheit vollständige Bekleidung im Freien, um sich vor den Mücken zu schützen. Fazit: Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. ##### Christof H. Wer will, ist zwar dank Fernseher & Co. immer up-to-date, aber wir haben uns dann doch lieber bei den zahlreich vorhandenen Büchern bedient und auf die Terasse von Oliva zurückgezogen. Aber auch Sport, Wandern und Kultur kommen nicht zu kurz. Es gibt ein paar Mountainbike-Strecken und gute Straßen zum Rennradfahren, konditionell sollte man aufgrund der Berge allerdings fit sein. Außerdem sind die Küstenstädte wie Imperia oder San Remo nicht weit weg. Dort ist auf jeden Fall für Trubel gesorgt. Die Wohnung Oliva ist super geeignet für Paare und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wer zudem Katzen mag, wird sich wohlfühlen - im Olivenhain tummeln sich einige. Reine Strandgänger sollten anderswo ein Quartier suchen - ca. 30 Minuten sind es bis ans Meer und es wäre viel zu schade, dass Hinterland außer acht zu lassen. Die Wohnung ist äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Auf der neuen Dachterrasse genießt man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Berge und Meer. Auch der idyllische Garten mit den Olivenbäumen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das aktive Leben ist aber auch nicht weit weg. So bietet das Appartement in Trincheri einen facettenreichen Urlaub: Entspannung, Baden, Wandern, kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten, idyllische Bergdörfer und nahe gelegene pulsierende Städte, Wassersport, Romantik und, nicht zu vergessen, kulinarische Highlights.
