Queen bed in the bedroom and air mattress available for living room to sleep a total of 5 guests if someone doesn`t mind using the sectional couch. Smart tv, high speed internet, large yard and outdoor space.

Beyond the immediate charm of Golden, you’re ideally situated for scenic drives to iconic destinations: catch a show at Red Rocks, explore the cultural richness of Denver and Boulder, hit the slopes at nearby ski resorts, try your luck at Black Hawk Casino, or experience the breathtaking beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park. With the airport also within reach, adventure is always just around the corner!

Spend a few days, a week, or more as you discover Golden, Colorado, `Where the West Lives` Nestled at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Golden has something for everyone- nature walks, museums, shopping, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, fly fishing, riverboarding, amusement park, farmers market, outdoor concerts, art festivals and more! Tours are available at the Coors Brewery as well as at numerous historic sites dating from pioneer days.

Golden is very bike-friendly! Lots of paths and easy to get around. The house is also super walkable to most of Golden`s attractions. A car is recommended for trips outside of Golden (ask about our private car service).

Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.

Please be mindful of check-in and especially check out times.
If you are requesting early check-in or late check-out, do make sure to message us to see if this is possible. We will do our best to be accommodating, but communication is key.

Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.

This is a 100% smoke-free unit (including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana).
If any smoking happens indoors, a $500 fee applies.

No pets
We love animals but cannot host them here.Any pets brought without approval will result in a $500 fee.

Quiet hours
Quiet hours run 11pm to 7am.
No loud music, no disturbances, and no unauthorized gatherings. Registered guests only unless approved in advance.

Cleanliness expectations
Treat the home with care.
Please tidy up spills, food, and major messes. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.


Security and safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Only use appliances for their intended purposes.

Occupancy
Stay within the booking’s stated guest count.
No unregistered overnight guests without prior approval.

No tampering with systems
Do not disable or unplug connected devices (Wi-Fi equipment, smoke detectors, etc.).
Do not change HVAC settings beyond the normal range.
