I appreciated the convenience of being right by the front door and the security of having both the front and room doors unlock by code (different for each). The host was very quick to respond when I had a question. The location is super convenient for me (around the corner from my daughter's apartment) and the price was very reasonable, so I will definitely book the room again! The only thing I would suggest would be to improve the coffee set-up: it was great that there was a coffee machine and coffee grounds, but I didn't use it because I don't drink it black (maybe some type of creamer that doesn't require refrigeration could be added). I was in town for a weekend of concerts at the Bluebird and this room was exactly what I needed. It’s just a room with an attached bathroom on the ground level of someone’s townhome, but was very private, centrally located for my trip and the best deal I could find. There’s a coffee machine, a tv and a mini fridge. There was some ground coffee and a filter but wouldn’t have been enough for the three days. I didn’t use it but hadn’t expected it either. Normal toiletries under the sink if you didn’t have your own. Door code was sent day before arrival. I can’t speak to host response rate but then again I never needed to reach out! If your solo and looking to stay near city/congress/cherry park you can’t beat the price and everything went perfectly fine! ##### Josh H.
