The Carriage House is located in one of Denver's most charming neighborhoods, just a few moments walk from the Governor's mansion, Governor's Park and some of Denver's most popular restaurants. The guesthouse is on the second floor of my carriage house and has a private entrance. The guesthouse is full of charm, and resides within Capital Hill's beautiful historic Governor's Park, 7th Street neighborhood. Have a hotel experience, while feeling like a Denver native. The fully stocked kitchen has its own dishwasher and the HDTV has full cable, including HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. Although I do not allow smoking indoors, you may do so on the porch. The host communicated well. There were a few small things that could be improved, which I shared with the host privately. (I also noticed that another reviewer mentioned that the blinds need to be replaced). Overall this is a good spot if you want to stay in a neighborhood in Denver. ##### Amanda H.
