This cosy villa located in the high area of Denia has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.

The 130 m² accommodation is located on the ground floor of the villa and offers views of the mountain and garden. (The upstairs floor is private). The plot is fully fenced and has central heating and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms.

Upon entering the plot, we find the parking area, which can comfortably accommodate at least 4 vehicles. We can also observe a wide variety of vegetation, trees, palm trees, grass, etc., all very well-maintained and beautiful.

The large swimming pool is located in the rear area of the villa, next to which is the barbecue and an eating area where you can fully enjoy summer days.

Upon entering the dwelling, we find a reception area, next to which is the bathroom, equipped with a shower and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Next to it is the first bedroom, which is double and very spacious.

If we advance, we find the kitchen, which is open to the living room with an American bar, which is very convenient for enjoying the home. It has an electric ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. In the living room, we find the TV/satellite and nice views of the pool. To the right is the dining room, with a rustic style, as it is a cosy cellar.

Next to it are the bedrooms, both double and with air conditioning.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil, or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil, or Pellets), WiFi, sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
