We had a couple of issues out of her control but she was immediately on it and took care of both. The home is a cute place with quick access to both Hatfield and McCoy trails, as well as, the outlaw trails. It is also convenient to stores, when needed. Great communication. 8 people stayed, 7 adults and 1 teen. No issues with hot water. No issues with parking 3 trucks, trailers, 3 SXS, 2 dirt bikes and 2 quads.
