Die Zimmer sind zwar insgesamt eher klein, vorallem die Bäder, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Sehr ruhige Gegend aber trotzdem nicht weit zu verschiedenen Stränden und der Promenade in Morgat. Das einzige was man der Beschreibung leider nicht entnehmen kann ist, dass es sich bei dem Haus um ein Doppelhaus handelt. Das heißt man ist nicht ganz alleine. Das hat uns aber auch nicht gestört. Jede Partei hat seinen eigenen Garten. Nur den Parkplatz muss man sich teilen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. ##### Peter René B. C'était dépaysant. Les sentiers côtiers permettent de découvrir les plages , l'eau turquoise et les falaises. Idéal pour les randonneurs. Secteur à découvrir absolument. Concernant le gîte, il est de très bonne qualité, conforme à sa description. La plage du "Portzic" à moins de 5 minutes à peine de la location est ... superbe. On y allait tous les soirs au retour de randonnée. Le seul petit hic est la mitoyenneté avec une autre location qui, je crois, n'est pas signalée. Toutefois, aucun désagrément à signaler à ce sujet, mais on se demandait si on gênait ou pas nos voisins avec nos trois enfants. A noter que nous n'avons pas eu une goutte de pluie pendant notre séjour. Bref, tout était très bien et Crozon a fait l'unanimité chez nous. Feb 28, 2015 #### Séjour d'hiver à dans la maison de Morgat Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison de bord de mer à Crozon, près du port de Morgat. Celle-ci est en tous points conforme à la description et aux photos proposées sur le site, en mieux encore! La maison est meublée avec une sobriété de bon goût et elle est très bien conçue et agencée avec de multiples rangements. Sa terrasse et son jardinet arboré doivent être très agréables en été. La chambre parentale est bien séparée de la chambre des enfants, laquelle est conçue comme une cabine de bateau très sympa. Tout est pensé, jusque dans les détails, pour le confort des locataires (du linge de table aux casse-noix pour les crabes en passant par le fait-tout, le grille-pain, la cafetière ou les couettes supplémentaires en cas de temps froid) ce que nous avons trouvé très appréciable comparativement à de nombreuses locations ! Tout est neuf ou presque et fonctionne bien. Par ailleurs nous étions en vacances avec deux bébés de 10 mois et le propriétaire avait mis à notre disposition deux lits parapluie ainsi qu'une baignoire et deux chaises bébé ce qui nous a vraiment simplifié, et le transport, et le séjour! La maison enfin est idéalement située, à moins de 5-10 minutes à pied de deux très belles plages de sable ensoleillées et tout près aussi de multiples départs de ballades sur les chemins côtiers de toute la Presqu'île, magnifique région. Enfin, le propriétaire est aussi professionnel que sympathique, efficace et arrangeant dans ses transactions ( la maison nous a été "cédée" au prix d'une maison plus petite et aux dates qui nous arrangeaient) : tout est simple avec lui et un problème que nous avons rencontré a été réglé avec les plus grandes efficacité et diligence. BREF, je recommande chaudement cette location et la garde bien en tête pour un autre séjour que nous ferions dans cette partie de Bretagne! ##### christine b. "Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux, avec le beau temps en prime. La maison était parfaite, d'une propreté irréprochable, agencé et meublé avec un goût exquis, il ne manquait absolument rien. Le propriétaire était charmant. A 5 minutes à peine à pied d'une jolie plage. Bref une semaine idyllique." "Maison très agréable située dans un quartier résidentiel calme de Crozon-Morgat. Elle est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage du Portzic, à proximité des commodités (commerces et marché de Crozon à 5 min en voiture, ou 15-20 min à pied) et à 15 min à pied des animations estivales de Morgat. L'aménagement et le confort de la maison (literie et équipements électro-ménager) sont exceptionnels, et la décoration faite avec goût. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin (sans aucun vis à vis) et sa terrasse. La situation géographique est idéale dans le parc régional d'Armorique : Crozon - Morgat est à proximité de nombreux sites magnifiques qu'il est possible de découvrir par les sentiers cotiers (cap de la Chèvre, pointe de Dinan, pointe de St Hernot, etc..). La presqu'ile regorge d'immenses plages exceptionnelles appréciées des surfeurs (Goulien, Lost Marc'h, La Palud,...). Idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter des merveilles de la Bretagne d'autant que l'accueil est très chaleureux. A conseiller sans hésitation."
