In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Communal covered parking, public car park at 50 m, extra. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 175 cm width 200 cm. Shop, supermarket 20 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, bakery 20 m, café 10 m, bus stop "Ycoor" 250 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 500 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.4 km, lake Grenon 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1.9 km, skisport facilities 400 m, cross country ski track 1.4 km, ice rink 300 m, children's playground 400 m. Nearby attractions: Casino 250 m.
