Please note there will be toiletries provided to get you started during your stay, we will NOT supply enough toiletries for your entire stay. There are local stores to purchase some additional supplies if needed during your stay!



The Space:

This spacious lakefront Cape Cod retreat is perfect for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy indoor and outdoor living.

The main floor features a master bedroom with a private full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, TV room, large living room, and a porch with outdoor dining and seating areas.

Upstairs offers 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with 2 queen beds and 4 twin bunk beds, plus a cozy lounge area with sofa seating.

Enjoy the garage game room, private hot tub, fire pit area, outdoor seating spaces, and Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake.

Guests also have access to 2 kayaks and 2 bikes for added fun during their stay!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the amazing backyard. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of this quiet neighborhood.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the charming Centerville neighborhood of Barnstable, our waterfront retreat offers a tranquil escape with easy access to local attractions. You're just a short drive from the beautiful beaches Cape Cod is famous for. Explore the quaint shops and delicious dining options in nearby Hyannis (approximately a 10-minute drive), where you can find everything from casual eateries to upscale restaurants. For a taste of local culture, visit the Cape Cod Maritime Museum or take a scenic ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of our neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and creating lasting memories.



Getting Around:

Getting around Centerville and beyond is easy! Free parking is available on the premises. For those flying in, the nearest airport is Barnstable Municipal Airport (HYA), approximately a 15-minute drive away. If you're looking to explore further afield, the Hyannis Transportation Center offers bus services to various Cape Cod destinations and connections to the mainland. Driving times to popular Cape Cod towns like Chatham (approx. 30 minutes) and Provincetown (approx. 1 hour 30 minutes) make this a great base for your Cape Cod adventures.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that fireworks displays are particularly spectacular over the lake on the 4th of July!



House Rules:



• No parties or events.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy).

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors.

• Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted).

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

• Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.











Hot Tub Instructions



We’re delighted to provide a private hot tub for your enjoyment! To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines:



Using the Hot Tub



Remove the cover carefully and place it on the holder/stand provided. Please do not leave it on the ground.



Before entering, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the water clean.



Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes at a time, and stay hydrated.



Maximum of 4–6 guests in the tub at once (depending on size).



After Use



Replace and secure the cover tightly to keep the heat in and prevent debris from entering.



Do not leave the hot tub uncovered when not in use.



Safety Guidelines



Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub.



No glassware in or near the tub — please use plastic cups provided.



Do not use oils, soaps, or bubble bath in the water (they damage the system).



Pregnant guests or those with health concerns should consult a physician before use.



Absolutely no diving or jumping into the hot tub.



Maintenance

Our team will check and maintain the hot tub regularly during your stay.
