The estate comprises just six holiday accommodations, housed within the lovingly restored buildings of a former farmhouse. Each property is individually owned and has its own outdoor space, ensuring peace and privacy. Its peaceful hillside setting makes Navico a wonderful retreat for those seeking relaxation in beautiful natural surroundings. Surrounded by fragrant lavender, the shared pool offers lovely views over the Chianti countryside and is the perfect place to unwind and cool off on warm days.



Despite its tranquil location, a number of attractive destinations are within easy reach. The pretty village of Panzano is around 15 minutes away by car, with Castellina in Chianti just a little further. Both offer good restaurants, small shops and a Coop supermarket. Renowned wineries such as Querceto di Castellina and Nittardi can also be reached in under 15 minutes. Siena, San Gimignano and Florence are just some of the many possibilities for rewarding day trips.

About the villa

Antico Cipresso is a two-storey villa, ideal for families. A small garden and a dining terrace beneath a pergola provide a lovely setting for shared meals outdoors while enjoying views of the surrounding countryside. Inside, traditional wooden beam ceilings and comfortable, thoughtfully chosen furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which guests will feel at home from the moment they arrive.
