2 rooms, Cannes historic heart of Le Suquet, 40m square fully equipped, refurbished in December 2025, air conditioning, modern and neat decoration, located in one of the prettiest residential and pedestrian streets of the historic center of Le Suquet, very quiet, secure parking optional (8 euro per day), WIFI. Entrance, living room with sofa bed, large flat screen TV (more than 120 French and foreign channels - CNN, BBC world, Sky news...), table, 4 chairs, many guides of the region (walks, hikes, visits, skiing, diving, mountain biking, etc.), books, magazines, comics, etc...
Fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, combi oven (microwave, grill, oven), refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker with aerocino, electric kettle, complete crockery. Bedroom with double bed, cupboards, bed linen provided (duvet with cover, pillows, pillowcases, etc.) changed weekly, bed made on arrival
Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, storage space, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, towels provided. Double glazed window with shutters and curtains, reinforced door. Late arrival possible.
Provided: Salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, paper towels, sponges, rubbish bags, dish towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, water bottles, Nespresso capsules, tea bags and herbal teas, jam, shower gel, tissues...

Your keys will be given by us (we live 10 minutes from the apartment) and not in a key box!
I will send you a very detailed map (by e-mail and or MMS) to get to the apartment afterwards your reservation.

Fine sandy beach at 300m, Palais des Festivals et des Congrès at 10 minutes walk, Forville covered market at 400m, Superette at 120m, Bakery at 150m, Shops and restaurants at 200m, Restaurant Tredici at 50m (recommended by "Le Petit Futé" and "Le Guide du Routard" in 2024), Monoprix and Galeries Lafayette at 10mn, SNCF station at 15mn walk, pier for the Lérins Islands 500m away.

A shuttle is available between Nice Cote d'Azur airport and Cannes SNCF train station. This is bus 81 (210 AirportXpress, follow the signs in the airport). There is 1 stop in the town of Le Cannet and you must get off at the second stop (Cannes SNCF station). There is a bus every 45 minutes from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, the journey time is 45 minutes. The price is about twenty euros. The ticket is on sale from the driver or at the airport. Then, the Cannes SNCF train station is 15 minutes from the apartment on foot.

Cannes has a soul, it flourishes in Le Suquet. An ideal point of view to admire the bay and the Croisette that runs along it, the oldest district of Cannes is the communion of Provençal charm and authenticity. Remnants of the Middle Ages and cultural sites, Le Suquet retains its picturesque atmosphere.
