"Parking Fee of $50 was ridiculous considering parking in the area was $10/day. The cleaning staff were bothering people an hour or two before check out. Staff left cleaning and stock rooms open so you could see all the piles of towels and garbage as you walked down the hall. Don't be fooled by courtyard view it's just a parking lot. This section of the hotel looks like an old motel that was connected to the high rise hotel so they could have extra rooms. "

"Location is great! The front door bellmen were so welcoming, the front desk staff sadly provided expectations that they did not keep (ie text when the room was ready) so a lot of time was wasted waiting, rooms need to be updated the doors are rotting, paint is chipping, the hot tub jets weren’t working, they were doing loud maintenance-they didn’t tell us any of this at the front desk before. The cleaning staff-one lady in particular was genuinely so kind and positive and made the poor experience better (on the 14th floor.) "

"the hotel is beautiful. Our room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. HOWEVER, during our three night four days stay hot water in the shower was an issue weight staff in one of their dining room rooms. Zero customer service would walk away when you would ask a question without even acknowledging you. But it is close to Niagara Falls. It is very close to amenities unfortunately for us this time the Hilton witches the hotel chain we always use the left as highly disappointment -1 star."

"From the check-in to the check-out, the staff was so accommodating for me and my pets. We stayed on the historical side of the hotel, which was lovely - only downside was the AC didn’t flow the best fully into the unit but that’s to be expected with historical rooms. The room itself was very large and had a kitchenette. Would absolutely stay here again!!"
