The property boasts amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court within 2 km, making it an ideal vacation rental for your stay in Calonge, Spain.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room villa spanning across three levels, with a total area of 450 square meters. The villa features modern and tasteful furnishings throughout. On the upper floor, you'll find a living and dining area that spans across two levels, complete with satellite TV and air conditioning. This level also includes a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV, as well as access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and a cooking island, and it also provides access to the terrace and the swimming pool. Additionally, there is a shower and toilet on this level. The second upper floor houses three bedrooms: one with a French bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, toilet, and double hand-basin; another with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm); and a third with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a shower, toilet, and double hand-basin. Please note that there is no heating option available in the villa.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you'll have access to a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa features air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, satellite TV, a microwave, and a television. Additionally, the property can accommodate a maximum capacity of 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available. You'll also find two terraces with terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and deck chairs (8 in total), offering beautiful views of the countryside.  
  
Other Information  
For your convenience, the villa is equipped with additional facilities such as an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. You'll also have access to free WiFi internet throughout the property. A garage with space for two cars is available for your use.
