New heating system along with air condition units for the summer. Front porch is very nice to see the mountains, during day and the night. Amazing location to get to Yellowstone, Helena and Bozeman in an hour. The Montana amenities are all around for playing in the outdoors. Trails very close, bars, fishing, animal viewing, hunting, and restaurants are walking distance. There is a free shared can to pickup anyone at the house and bring to one of 3 bars, Free and bring back home. (406) 498-4253 free Shared ride to Party Palace Bar, Good Will Bar and another bar. If you stay 7 days you will receive an automatic 15% discount. If you stay for 30 days you will get an additional 15% discount which is over $1100 discount for a month stay. You can park, snowmobiles, ATVs /four wheelers, side by sides and toys in the driveway. You can get on two new TVs with HULU and TV and finally got WI-FI for the home. Wi-Fi info on back of router User: NETGEAR73 Password: smoothbug461 Apps are downloaded to TVs and all channels work great. There is a tenant downstairs, but is very quiet and just wanted to make sure all were aware. Key box out front and out back. I recommend you go to the back door first because of the location. Road to get out back can be icy in the winter and into the back driveway. Everything has been updated and all new in this home and this is why we do not allow any animals and a very large animal fee. No smoking in the place, please. On porch, there is two windows that open and convenient, if you are a smoker. Please, Do not smoke inside the home and let’s keep the place new for all that travelers. Brand new washer / dryer is available and you are welcome to use anytime. When you leave, please place keys in lock box and place trash by the outside back door. We don’t ask much other than please respect the old 1900s home and let it be available for many to enjoy. Address is 410 North Washington, Butte, MT 59701 and I will send key code a day or two out from your A garage / entertainment room above garage and the landscape in back yard renovation. In the future someone could use the home and use of the 24 x 32 room for entertainment, pool, darts and entertainment. Once the concrete wall is placed for the yard increase, the parking lot and views will be awesome. Once the yard is done we will be builidng a bbq pit and sitting area for gatherings. Willing to rent the whole home out per month. The property is a little difficult to get to in the winter on snowy/icy hilly roads. The entry to the house had a large amount of ice on the concrete by the door and just about all members of my family almost fell. It was SLICK! Luckily as our weekend went on and the temp warmed up we were able to shovel the majority away from the door to help prevent anymore possible spills. Having ice melt nearby would have been nice. The property itself has awesome views and is a nice historic style home. We didn’t have any other issues and I realize a large part of the issue was more weather related and can’t always be avoided but I felt a warning for other visitors was warranted if anyone else has a winter stay. ##### Miranda L. Nice views since it's up on the hill. Only issue I had was that the number of beds listed on VRBO didn't match what was in the house. In the house there are two queen beds, one queen pullout couch and one twin pullout couch.. Even the pullout couches are comfortable so it was all good! ##### Ben S. Easy to find with a spectacular view of the city and surrounding area. Inside was awesome with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Main floor had a portable AC unit which kept us cool and comfortable during the summer heat wave. Front porch was a great place to enjoy our morning constitutional and our host was very communicative. Awesome spot, have stayed before and will stay again in the future. ##### Ryan S.
