This charming townhome offers 3 bedrooms, a cute balcony, and all the essentials you will need inside the home. Immerse yourself in the warmth & comfort of our inviting space as you explore all that Burlington has to offer. Our home is walking distance to stores, restaurants, and shopping centres, 10 minutes away from the lakefront and the Burlington Pier with many fancy restaurants. This spacious townhome is 3 stories and is complete with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a dedicated workspace! This well-equipped modern home has everything you need and more for an incredible getaway. All bedrooms are complete with brand-new linens, towels, new memory foam mattresses, and large closets. FEATURES AND AMENITIES \- Fully equipped kitchen with all your cooking essentials \- Formal dining area with seating for 6 people \- Dishwasher \- Coffee Maker and Tea Kettle with complimentary coffee pods and tea \- High-Speed Wifi \- Smart TV with streaming services \- Crosswords puzzles, UNO playing cards \- Central A/C and heating \- In-Unit Laundry \- Iron/Ironing Board \- Brand New Appliances \- Brand new linens, bath towels, face towels Guests are able to utilize the full house. The garage is not for guest use as we use it for storage and our cleaning supplies. Please do not use the garage. CHECK-IN: Check-in with secure smart lock code that is sent to you prior to arrival. This unit is private and not shared. PARKING: One spot in the driveway and also designated guest parking is available for any extra vehicles free of charge. ACCESS: There is 1 access point at the front door of the building. There is backyard door but to enter the unit is must be done through the front door. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time-intensive process.\*\* \- NO PARTIES. \*\*There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.\*\* \- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at any time. All guests must be registered for liability purposes. \*\*A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest.
