The mine is great but the Historic Mill is incredible. This was built by hand in 1921 when the mine was only accessible by boat. It's in a stunning location and is used for the movie business. Apparently it takes over an hour to reach the top of the staircase and when it was first built there were no handrails. Take the tour and wander around the other exhibits for an hour or so. The location is great for being safe, quiet and close to Squamish. The unit itself shares a foyer with another tenant and knowing when to lock the front door was a little confusing. The house is older and could use a deep cleaning. It has a deep bathtub but not enough hot water to make it usable. The door to the deck is not working.
