We arrived on a Saturday for a skiing weekend knowing that a snow storm was in the forecast for Sunday. As soon as we arrived we notified Vacasa that the fireplace was not working. I had to keep calling to address the issue and no one ever showed to repair the isssue. It is an unacceptable to have a management company that is not able to manage the property when needed. I hope the owner will be able to get feedback as well. It was a disappointment not to be able to enjoy a fireplace during the storm which was one of amenities on selecting that property. ##### Albert S. However, several things were missing or not working during our stay. There was no instruction book with information regarding the property. The dishwasher did not work and actually leaked leaving for us to clean up a mess and wash all the dishes by hand. The fireplace would not start and with no instruction had nothing to reference. The 2nd bedroom sheets were not clean upon arrival. We washed them and areas cleaned up without a problem, making us believe they were not clean to start with.
