Free Wi-Fi internet access is provided.<br>Fully equipped kitchenette: Sink, glass-ceramic cooktop, multifunction oven (convection, microwave, broiler), refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cooking and dining essentials (pots, pans, stew pot, salad bowls, serving dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs...)<br>Blankets, a comforter, and pillows are provided, as well as basic cleaning supplies: cleaning sprays, disinfectant, dish towels, and dishcloths<br>You are responsible for cleaning the apartment at the end of your stay. We make sure to hand over the apartment to you in a clean condition. Please return it in the same condition.<br>To make your stay easier, you can book (for an additional fee) end-of-stay cleaning, as well as sheets and bath towels<br>In the residence’s common areas, there is a laundry room equipped with a rack for 4 bicycles (remember to bring bike locks), a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and a trash room. An HD digital terrestrial TV is provided. If not, please consider purchasing a policy.<br> A security deposit of 300 euros is required to cover potential damage or failure to clean the apartment properly (usually deducted directly by the booking platform you used, or, if not, no later than the day of your arrival (details will be provided to you)).<br> Since the COVID-19 pandemic, at the request of booking platforms, we have implemented a “self-check-in and self-check-out” system. As this procedure has been well-received by our guests, we have decided to make it a permanent feature.
