Centrally located in Baton Rouge and our property features gigabit high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, and fitness center. We are located approximately 10 minutes from LSU store and fast food restaurants within walking distance. We have a large park area and our property is over 2 acres in size. We have barbecue grills and picnic tables for our guests. We showed up in the pouring rain and entrances were blocked off. I had messaged the host earlier in the day for a possible early check in but no response. Pubes/beard hairs whatever the case is on the bathroom floor/baseboards. There was a failed attempt to patch a hole in the bathtub. The head board wobbles back and forth looking as though it would fall onto the mattress. A leg for the bed was missing. Seems as though there are people living downstairs as they had set up a table and speakers right outside their door.
