Overall the resort was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! The property could benefit by upgrading as the rooms were a bit outdated. The food was my least favorite, limited selections and flavors. Lastly the resort is not in close proximity to a lot attractions so be mindful when you are booking.

The property had some wonderful old world charm in its style and decor, including a piano player in the open air lobby. The property is located in a good area to walk the many stores, restaurants/coffee houses, and places of history. We also had very nice massages done while we were there (which were part of our VIP experience) which was very pleasant.

Wey rude front desk when my girlfriend returned after a day shopping. Another ID check was required and quite forceful about it. The restaurant that may not be a part of the same company had great food and atmosphere, however a heated debate between the servers and the cashier over $4.00 Plenty of other places to stay
