I have stayed at Playa Grande many times and always enjoyed our stay overlooking the ocean. This time we had friends visiting so paid for the presidential suite and were placed on the ridge side which I was very unhappy about since we booked and have always stayed on Playa Grande ocean side.
Overall this place was awesome. The sports pool should be heated- what a waste of space-not one person was in it because water was freezing. The infinity and swim up pools were awesome and definitely used. The liquor selection could have been better- more beer choices and better hard liquor. Seemed ...
Wonderful property, only downside might be that you cannot swim in the ocean.
Good location. Clean, well managed and operated specially being at the center of the town. Some very helpful staff whose names I can remember- Lupita fnb, Armando - concierge, Bianca -spa.
I liked that it was clean - staff were very polite. The food was alright
We love the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of Cabo Azul. The issues this year: mosquitoes in our room, but that was a first and may be because we were near pool/garden. Also, it’s very confusing with the constant converting back and forth pesos to dollars. The staff was much more attentive this visit ...
This property was exquisite. Every aspect of it was perfect. The architecture, colors, thoughtfulness of the details - just beautiful! I cannot day enough about the property. Looking forward to returning one day.
The hotel had a great ocean view and was walking distance to restaurants . Beach was across the street. Nice pool. Had a little cafeteria style eating area with a small store for food and drink.
