"Love the hotel especially the design and decor. Staff is so nice and professional. Room service food is excellent. The only negative is the lack of an in-house gym. Would stay again. "

"Short visit but, I thought the hitel was beautiful "

From start to finish, our stay at Hotel Park Avenue was absolutely perfect! The staff was amazing upon arrival — they welcomed us with water and made check-in a total breeze. Everyone we encountered was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely friendly.
The hotel itself was spotless, super modern, and beautifully up-to-date. Our room had incredible views, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. At checkout, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we received our breakfast vouchers for the complimentary breakfast for me and my boyfriend.
There was also a small mix-up with the price, but when I called, the manager was extremely kind, apologetic, and immediately refunded the difference without hesitation. That kind of customer service is rare and so appreciated.
This hotel is truly a 10/10 experience. I look forward to staying here again on our next trip!
