Starting with the typos and tone of the documents to sign at 48 and 24 hrs before trip but after non refundable purchase, but ending with the tiny room, no elevator, multiple doors with multiple codes, and old facility. Theres only 3 reasons to stay here: location location location.

First impressions: There is no staff at the desk, by design, and there is no elevator. The latter part is not fun if you are on the top (5th) floor like we were. The drain in the bathroom sink wouldn't drain when we got there and we had to fiddle with it to get that working. The drain emitted a pretty gross smell, so my guess is that was purposely left in that state. The price was cheap and the location is great but if you can afford it, look elsewhere.

This hotel is ok if you are only looking for a clean bed to sleep and a bathroom because there is not much. The price is not really the best offer and it can be loud sometimes.

I LOVED my stay at the Chelsea Inn. I actually love the fact that it's contactless--so easy to get into the building and into the room with codes. I loved the availability of the refrigerator and microwave. The television was also great. the room was clean and relatively spacious. The bathroom was in great condition. I will book the Chelsea Inn again when I go back to New York City.

The worst hotel I ever stayed. The window is poorly insulated and cheap curtains don’t block any noise from the street. I was awake the whole night because of the stress noise. The hotel doesn’t have elevator and if you walk up the wrong stairs on your first day you will need to go all the way down and up again.
