Room was very comfortable and secure plus it was a bonus to have the use of the kitchen and facilities, all of which were spotless. « Problème d'eau chaude et de chauffage à mon arrivée (j'étais logée dans l'annexe de l'hôtel). Pour le chauffage, un radiateur électrique d'appoint avait été installé dans la chambre et le problème d'eau chaude devait être réglé dans l'après-midi. Malheureusement, à mon retour en soirée, il n'y avait toujours pas d'eau chaude. « Very convenient in town position, secure building with key code entrance from the street then stairs to the 1st floor entrance area with decking seating area. Entry key code for room key. Small kitchen area with tea & coffee but unfortunately no kettle! Very pleasant bedroom with TV comfie bed plenty of draws & wardrobe. Shared shower room very well designed. All very clean and well presented. »

« Vieille auberge dans un joli village du Northumberland. Accueil aimable et ambiance très british; moquette omniprésente, comme partout en Grande-Bretagne cela dit, allergiques s'abstenir. Notre chambre au 3e était simple, mais fonctionnelle - notre seul vrai reproche est la literie (matelas très mous avec un gros creux au milieu). Mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner, servi dans une salle à part: ce n'est pas précisé sur leur site mais ils proposent de vrais choix de petit-déjeuner outre l'éternel...

« The place is a fantastic location and furnished pretty nicely however we did have a few issues/disappointments: -No parking and didn’t tell us ahead of time so it was very confusing about where we could park. -Oracle website was hard to navigate. We couldn’t find the property on the website to see details like directions and amenities. -Little hot water for bath or shower. « The apartment is not situated in the area indicated on the map but in a completely different area. Apartment not clean when we arrived and we had to ask for clean bedclothes which was delivered. Keys are picked up at train station which was not very convenient. The house itself very comfortable and in a nice area. »
